Product of my enviornment

In making the decision to go into the hair industry I was heavily influenced by my parents. They both have been in their careers as barber and cosmetologist for multiple decades and for the better part of the first two decades of my life I was able to get first hand detail, without even knowing what I was receiving. I've had a vision long before I decided to cut my first strand of hair and that was to chase my dreams. I learned from them that there is nothing out there you can't do, unless you really don't want to. They raised me to be a strong man and no matter what mistakes I may make in life, I can always bounce back better than before. They laid the blueprint for success, being around my parents growing up I got to see and pick up on a lot of things to help me along my walks in not just the hair field but they've taught me what being "rich" really means beyond material things, and how you never forget where you came from because that's going to help you see where your going. All those times where my actions probably made you wonder and ask questions about your parenting, thank you for showing me unconditional love and I definitely wouldn't be on the path I'm on if it weren't for you.

I love my kids with all of me and beyond, like beyond words. The feelings  they each give me is amazing like nothing that I have ever had before. They let me know that all the negative things I encounter daily is beyond worth it, because they are beyond worth it. Everyday my commitment, my life goals are to them and making things better for them growing up. It's like they gave me a new chance at life, my situations with their mothers isn't ideal and at first, honestly I hated myself for it, but I now understand to make the most of what I have, which is my kids, and I wouldn't trade none of them for anything in the world. I thank God for my kids and the blessings that they are to me. It's a struggle everyday, trying to be the "perfect parent" and even knowing that no man is perfect, I won't ever give up being the best father and man that I can. I'm working to provide every opportunity for them to be better than me in every aspect of life. Times get hard and sometimes I break down crying but then thinking how did I get so lucky to have you guys Kingston Blaq Paschal, Kalise Elaine Paschal, and Kobi Annette Paschal daddy will do whatever for you for the rest of my life! I thank God for allowing me the opportunities in life that he has blessed me with, but the blessing of being a parent is the best one of them all.

In life you trip, stumble and fall but if you are dream motivated you'll overcome it all.

People always complaining and making excuses to why they ain't maintaining.

Instead of getting on they feet grinding like they campaigning.

People you meet either wanna bring you up or tear you down.

We let the ones we need go and keep the ones who bring us down around.

It's a cold world its hard to trust who you call ya best friends, shit especially any girl.

They the main ones who wish u well to ya face then the 1st ones talkin behind ya back saying your a disgrace.

Niggas hate on one another like we ain't the same thing...a black dude wit a big dream and a legit money scheme.

At the end of the day we all a product of our environment.

But the environment is full of black vs black so you gotta do ya own inspiring.-Kalonji Paschal
